Spend 2 days exploring the Greater Addo Elephant National Park with one of the best tours that encompasses the very best of the area’s wildlife and sights!

Learn more about the breathtaking biodiversity of the 3rd largest national park in South Africa, with over 700 elephants, lions, buffalo, the endangered black rhino, spotted hyenas, leopards, a variety of antelope and zebra species, as well as the unique Addo flightless dung beetle, found almost exclusively in Addo. The park can exclusively claim to be the only national park in the world to conserve the “Big 7” – the Big 5, the southern right whale, and the great white shark off the Algoa Bay coast.

Day 1

09:00am - 09:15am

Early morning pickup from your Port Elizabeth hotel or hostel accommodation, in preparation for the amazing day ahead. Sit back and relax as we drive through some of the most famous towns in South Africa. If staying in an Airbnb just email us. Your booking confirmation (ticket) will show you your exact pick-up time (depends on where you are staying!)

10:00am - 5:00pm

INCLUDED ACTIVITY

The adventure begins! Full Day Safari in the main game viewing area of the Addo Elephant National Park. Get the chance to spot lions, leopards, rhinos, elephants, buffalo, and many other wild animals roaming the 3rd largest national park in South Africa. All this while you learn about the park and the efforts to protect the animals.
The route and lunch stop will be at the guide’s discretion and based on the previous day’s sightings.

06:00pm

Check in at overnight accommodation. Freshen up and relax from the jam-packed adventure you just experienced.

7:00pm

Dinner with the group! A great way to end the day while you get to know each other while enjoying a delicious meal.

Day 2

08:30am

Breakfast. We're up early to start the day the best way possible.

09:30am

Depart on Sundays River Cruise. Enjoy a morning river cruise and experience the Alexandria Dune Field and amazing views of the Addo Elephant National Park marine section.

1:45pm - 5:00pm

Time for round 2 of the Addo Elephant National Park game drive! Head out to other parts of the park guided by the expert Safari guide to get to the best spots to find more animals!

5:00pm - 6:00pm

Depart Addo National Park and travel back to Port Elizabeth. Drop off at your accommodation provider!
